Ownership Information
When purchased, the Marlboro on Hudson Town-Home Condominium owner has the right to sell at their choice. You may mortgage the town-home in any amount.
Each unit is taxed as a separate tax lot, the total taxes including state, county, town, school, water and sewer will be only $3,600.
Each owner will pay his or her individual water, sewer and electrical usage, which will be separately metered. Fire insurance covering the buildings is included in the common charges (the owner may carry insurance for the interior of their home).
Common charges are $189 per month, which covers the costs of maintenance of the pool, roads, building insurance, outside maintenance for your building, garbage pick-up, snow removal and landscaping.
Prices range from $325,000 to $395,000.
